Tomas Illescas's late challenge caught a Ryttartorpets FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Illescas helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 15 minutes Ryttartorpets FF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Patrik Linqvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bo Baand got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patrik Linqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ryttartorpets FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo Baand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hubert Gruber to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Stanley Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Stanley Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ryttartorpets FF's Hubert Gruber in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Ryttartorpets FF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Baand in the 77th minute of play. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Ryttartorpets FF's goalkeeper Patrik Linqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. In the 83rd minute, Hubert Gruber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Hubert Gruber's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. 88 minutes into the match, Bo Baand notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrik Linqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Patrik Linqvist. Ryttartorpets FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Ryttartorpets FF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
