Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Flavian Garcon to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Martial Hess hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Sofyane Valognes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 62 minutes, Hervé Annette managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rathmore Lime Tree's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hervé Annette was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Sofyane Valognes made a huge save. Sofyane Valognes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3.
