Venezuela's Patricio Costa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 姚广邦 in the 14 minute of the game. 沈迪志 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 19 minutes, Jonathan Venegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Cylon players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 19th minute. After having played for 23 minutes, 沈迪志 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cylon's supporters crossed their fingers, but 沈迪志 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. 林城谦 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cylon's goalkeeper 林城谦, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Cylon's 庞桦景 was substituted for 庄志政. In the 34th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Venezuela's Alex Chicote managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 曲冰卫 in the 43 minute of the game. 46 minutes into the match, 汪飞文 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 汪飞文 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Cylon's 林城谦 got control of the ball when Patricio Costa tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. 沈迪志 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 沈然弘 hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. A collision led to Cylon getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. 沈然弘 hit a great ball. 龙钢超's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 76th minute. 林城谦 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 80th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cylon's 马远银 got a free kick in the 85th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with 林城谦 in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Cylon's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but 林城谦 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by 沈迪志 in the 91st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
