Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Fernando Alvarenga was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Fernando Alvarenga having to interfere. Carlos Fernando Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 9th minute of the match. Hoàng Thuy in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 13th minute, Tobias Möckli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Uno Mille FC's Valdir Mandrak got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 14 played minutes, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Alvarenga came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Hoàng Thuy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Carlos Fernando Alvarenga came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ecuador's attack was well implemented in the 40th minute, but when Daniel Zorita was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 43rd minute of play forced Uno Mille FC's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Alvarenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabinho Rossi. Carlos Fernando Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hoàng Thuy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Dinei Rosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hoàng Thuy in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Uno Mille FC's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Alvarenga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Carlos Fernando Alvarenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Möckli in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 78 minutes into the match, Fabinho Rossi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabinho Rossi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Carlos Fernando Alvarenga made a huge save. Carlos Fernando Alvarenga made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Carlos Fernando Alvarenga to make any attempt to save it. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hoàng Thuy, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 94th minute Dinei Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
