Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Illescas made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4thth minute of the game Stephan Appiah who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 7th minute Forza Heppenbach were awarded a corner. Brent Desmet went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 8th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Brent Desmet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Brent Desmet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th minute, Karl-Michael Almqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Stephan Appiah came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genaro Maiorga hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Forza Heppenbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brent Desmet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Stephan Appiah capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stephan Appiah really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stephan Appiah, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Brent Desmet in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas. In the 36th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Stephan Appiah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Michael Almqvist. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl-Michael Almqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Primitivo Taner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bryan Kant succeeded in the game's 54th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Michael Almqvist in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Brent Desmet was slow to take the kick. During this time Forza Heppenbach's players had a chance to rest. In the 64th minute Karl-Michael Almqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Ciolofan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
