5 minutes into the match, Juventus Argentina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Mon Navarro Montoya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chile's Pedro Indiano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mon Navarro Montoya in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mon Navarro Montoya. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Mon Navarro Montoya came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Chile booed when Juventus Argentina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Bartoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mon Navarro Montoya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 18th minute of play forced Juventus Argentina FC's goalkeeper Mon Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Haroldo Emeterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juventus Argentina FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnaldo Montrelle in the 20th minute. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Arnaldo Montrelle sped through Chile's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. Mon Navarro Montoya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 26th minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mon Navarro Montoya. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Mon Navarro Montoya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 31st minute of the match. Mon Navarro Montoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego was a little too slow when Arnaldo Montrelle got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 36th minute, Rodrigo Cresencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mon Navarro Montoya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnaldo Montrelle's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Juventus Argentina FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnaldo Montrelle in the 39th minute. Mon Navarro Montoya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 41st minute of the match. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mon Navarro Montoya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mon Navarro Montoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paijo Chandrawinata in the 55th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 58th minute of play forced Juventus Argentina FC's goalkeeper Mon Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Montrelle in the 59th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Calistrat Panaitoiu notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Panaitoiu in the 66th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Juventus Argentina FC's goalkeeper Mon Navarro Montoya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paijo Chandrawinata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Louis Alebio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 89th minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mon Navarro Montoya was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Chile players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
