Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Tor-Henrik Rosenlund made the kick off and thus started the match. Suleskard's Ådne Østvang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 2nd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ådne Østvang was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ådne Østvang was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Suleskard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mats Krogstad didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ådne Østvang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ådne Østvang having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Tor-Henrik Rosenlund fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Julio Vera, passed just outside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Montes during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave Suleskard a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aleksander Kinn, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. 1-1. In the 28th minute of the match, Aleksander Kinn got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ådne Østvang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ådne Østvang was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ådne Østvang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After 39 played minutes Suleskard got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Helgerud. After a defensive mix-up in Suleskard's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ådne Østvang came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marius Østli during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, Marius Østli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ådne Østvang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Suleskard players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ådne Østvang having to make a save. Ådne Østvang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ådne Østvang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 60th minute. A collision led to Suleskard getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Øyvind Hegge hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ådne Østvang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Zorita took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ådne Østvang. Suleskard's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ådne Østvang was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Ådne Østvang made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ådne Østvang firmly grabbed it by the left post. 82 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ådne Østvang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Kinn in the 83rd minute of play. Tord Bergene hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Ådne Østvang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 85th minute. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Daniel Zorita sped through Suleskard's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ådne Østvang. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
