Tomás Bonifaco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 4th minute of the match. Torino FC's Tomás Bonifaco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 8th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Hans-Hermann Spieler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 16th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Bonifaco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hans-Hermann Spieler got free with Thiago Pliego in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Orlando Casaus struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Tomás Bonifaco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chile. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Torino FC's goalkeeper Tomás Bonifaco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 86th minute. Pedro Indiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chile played a much better game than Torino FC and deserved their victory. The Torino FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
