Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Wydrych, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feng Chao Wei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 24 minutes of play, Peru's Milagros Fraga made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feng Chao Wei was left in no man's land by his defense there! Feng Chao Wei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Goodman came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Julian Murillo sped through Villa Verde FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Feng Chao Wei. After 37 minutes, Julian Murillo made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Villa Verde FC's Feng Chao Wei tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feng Chao Wei was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The supporters of Villa Verde FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Murillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Erivaldo Borges came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Villa Verde FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erivaldo Borges couldn't finish the play. After the first half Peru were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Villa Verde FC's Alexsandro Garcia was substituted for Wesley Basso. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. Feng Chao Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 54th minute of play. Peru were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Villa Verde FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villa Verde FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. In the 57th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Villa Verde FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. Feng Chao Wei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 68th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Villa Verde FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Feng Chao Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Sustrai took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Villa Verde FC made a substitution. Belmiro Borges replaced Dida Viana. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Feng Chao Wei in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Villa Verde FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Julian Murillo scored to the left of an out of position Feng Chao Wei, making the score, 1-4. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Guilherme Cearense went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Antonio Tenorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feng Chao Wei having to interfere.
