The ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Ertan Duman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Besim Vecdet hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. When Joshua Garrido came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joshua Garrido couldn't finish the play. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Montenegro in the 15th minute. After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Luis Cazalla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gottfrid Hedström quite easily take care of the ball. Ertan Duman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 17th minute Ertan Duman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes, Ertan Duman made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aiakos Vardakas made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombia's Antonio Indiano. Ertan Duman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but Ertan Duman slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 27th minute. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gottfrid Hedström having to make a save. Gottfrid Hedström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gottfrid Hedström came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Axel Montenegro. But to his dismay, Axel Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 34 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gottfrid Hedström. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ertan Duman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ertan Duman in the 45th minute of play. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Ertan Duman tried to sneak it across the goal line.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 55th minute of play forced ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalkeeper Gottfrid Hedström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Ertan Duman came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Aiakos Vardakas threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gottfrid Hedström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. When Besim Vecdet, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 66 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Pedro Manzanares was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. If Fotis Theofilopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 71st minute Stasio Plachetka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cao Jun Yan in the 77th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gottfrid Hedström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Stasio Plachetka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cao Jun Yan, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The audience was convinced that Cao Jun Yan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 5-3 when Cao Jun Yan sped through Colombia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. A sloppy throw-in by Aiakos Vardakas in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. The corner led to Colombia's Abram Secada getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
