Artur Brack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 12th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, GKS Milenium's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Artur Brack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Izydor Kaider could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. In the 23rd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Brack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Brack having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Zenon Debkowski in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Juan José Ferraro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. When Eliseo Mina came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Mina couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the game, Gerard Cieślik threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 46th minute, 董昆强 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan José Ferraro, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. After 52 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gerard Cieślik who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gerard Cieślik got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Artur Brack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 53rd minute of play. Artur Brack was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julian Murillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 53 minute of play. After 56 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Luz Tejedor. With an all-out effort, Peru's Artur Brack threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julian Murillo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Milagros Fraga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Artur Brack. That made the score 0-3 after 71 minutes of play. After 75 minutes of play, GKS Milenium's Vito Tasso made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 79 played minutes Peru's Milagros Fraga stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Artur Brack stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing GKS Milenium of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Peru had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
