Andrea Pirlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Pirlo having to interfere. In the 30th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Pirlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 32nd minute of play forced Radomiak Radom's goalkeeper Andrea Pirlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. Edmundo Espiga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Andrea Pirlo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Moises Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrea Pirlo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andrea Pirlo made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. Ivan Navarro struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Andrea Pirlo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. In the 80th minute, Honduras's Christian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andrea Pirlo. Andrea Pirlo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After 86 played minutes Radomiak Radom got a freekick which was hit by Dawid Parajewski. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Andrea Pirlo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrea Pirlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Radomiak Radom's Andrea Pirlo got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line.
