Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, FC Bansko's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Dimitar Vetzov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitar Vetzov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venko Petrov, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After taking down the ball on FC Bansko's corner Venko Petrov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Lacasa quite easily take care of the ball. Dimitar Vetzov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Hristiyan Karaleev kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Dimitar Vetzov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Dimitar Vetzov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Facundo Cadaval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Facundo Cadaval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitar Vetzov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitar Vetzov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Dimitar Vetzov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Dimitar Vetzov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 37th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Venko Petrov came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Bansko getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Arso Palahanov hit a great ball. Venko Petrov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Bansko's Dimitar Vetzov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Venko Petrov was the one to do the kick off. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paun Atkov in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute of the match FC Bansko got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ivan Toromanov ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venko Petrov in the 65th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Bansko's Avgustin Lúskov was substituted for Arso Palahanov. Lorenzo Cazalla kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venko Petrov in the 76th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Venko Petrov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Venko Petrov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dimitar Vetzov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 85 minutes into the match, FC Bansko's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Dimitar Vetzov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes of play, Mexico's Luca Zorita made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dimitar Vetzov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gencho Mangezov in the 90th minute of play. Dimitar Vetzov made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target.
