Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elivélton Barros in the 2nd minute of play. Peter Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 7th minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Schmeichel having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ingvar Vallin. Peter Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 15th minute of the match. When Joaquin Ledesma came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Hub Yap Para kap fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Ledesma couldn't finish the play. If Ingvar Vallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 33 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 35 played minutes Hub Yap Para kap got a freekick which was hit by Yılmaz Satıbey. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Ledesma in the 70th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquin Ledesma in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peter Schmeichel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Alberto Tafalla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Peter Schmeichel. That made the score 1-2 after 78 minutes of play. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Peter Schmeichel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Peter Schmeichel in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
