With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Candido Garin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes in the game Carmelo Polentzi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Candido Garin. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Cavallino Rampante II's Candido Garin. But to his dismay, Candido Garin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ernesto Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cavallino Rampante II's Ernesto Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 45th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Candido Garin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cavallino Rampante II's supporters rose to their feet, but Candido Garin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivo Oja stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Garin came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Fe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Garin in the 56th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rigoberto Mina's late challenge caught a Cavallino Rampante II's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Mina helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 65th minute. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Cavallino Rampante II's Ubaldo Gonzales got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got his second yellow card of the match in the 83rd minute. The referee ordered Rigoberto Mina off the ground. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Ubaldo Gonzales got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Caradaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Cavallino Rampante II players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
