Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Paskal Ayarza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Paskal Ayarza sent off a good shot on target. Truman Harrington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute of the match, Justo Argina tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Ecuador's Felix Montenegro in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KYRA FC's goalie prevented a goal. Truman Harrington didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Montenegro went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Argina in the 26th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Truman Harrington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play. Paskal Ayarza scored 1-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Argina in the 39th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KYRA FC's Truman Harrington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of KYRA FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justo Argina to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 57 in the game by Cristian Sancho from a close distance when the talented Truman Harrington managed to make a qualified save. KYRA FC's players were relieved. In the 58th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. Truman Harrington made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. KYRA FC's Truman Harrington proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save KYRA FC from getting a goal against them. After 64 played minutes KYRA FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Francesco. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Truman Harrington made a huge save. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paskal Ayarza in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KYRA FC's Paskal Ayarza got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. Truman Harrington made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justo Argina in the 82nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Truman Harrington in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 87th minute. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing KYRA FC to leave the ground with a draw.
