Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jan-Åke Ahlén started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some careless play in the IFK Göteborg defense, Carlinhos Félix kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Wenerdahl. The IFK Göteborg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Wenerdahl should have stopped the shot. 6 minutes into the game, Kent Löfkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK Göteborg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Here Comes the Hammer the free kick. The supporters of Here Comes the Hammer booed when IFK Göteborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Löfkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Christian Wenerdahl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kent Löfkvist got his second yellow card in the match during the 10th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 11 played minutes IFK Göteborg got a freekick which was hit by Kent Löfkvist. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlinhos Félix in the 12th minute of play forced IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Christian Wenerdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Ove Blomkvist made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jörgen Hammarberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlinhos Félix in the 14th minute of play forced IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Christian Wenerdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Christian Wenerdahl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlinhos Félix kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christian Wenerdahl. That made the score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. In the 31st minute, Ove Lövkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Carlinhos Félix took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Christian Wenerdahl to make any attempt to save it. Christian Wenerdahl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlinhos Félix's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Ove Lövkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Göteborg's supporters rose to their feet, but Ove Lövkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valter Klack breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlinhos Félix in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Wenerdahl saved IFK Göteborg from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Christoffersson to make the kick off. Christian Wenerdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlinhos Félix in the 52nd minute of play. Christian Wenerdahl came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix. But to his dismay, Carlinhos Félix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. If Jan-Åke Ahlén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlinhos Félix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Wenerdahl having to make a save. Karl-Ove Blomkvist made in the 67th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jörgen Hammarberg however managed to control. Robert Christoffersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Carlinhos Félix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Wenerdahl was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Carlinhos Félix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Robert Christoffersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Carlinhos Félix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carlinhos Félix struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Christian Wenerdahl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Here Comes the Hammer. 85 minutes into the game, Carlinhos Félix cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Christian Wenerdahl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to IFK Göteborg getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ingvar Hellgren hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Wenerdahl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Robert Christoffersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Wenerdahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlinhos Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Christian Wenerdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tymoteusz Pilarczyk in the 95th minute of play. Here Comes the Hammer's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
