Darius Parish could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Kamal Pahlevi made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonard Treppa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 66th minute Leonard Treppa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Arizmendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tirant lo Blanch's Carmen Paniagua was substituted for Leonard Treppa. Tirant lo Blanch's Kamal Pahlevi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bican Şeref in the 77th minute of play. If Carmen Paniagua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teodoro Arizmendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmen Paniagua in the 85th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carmen Paniagua in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Arizmendi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tirant lo Blanch's Dabi Barba was substituted for Guaberto Rocio. Teodoro Arizmendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmen Paniagua in the 90th minute of play. If Carmen Paniagua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
