The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Falcão Marques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Claudinho Moura made a huge save. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Charles Sarmento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute of the match, Gil dos Santos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Claudinho Moura saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after AS Pikachuzim's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rafinha Sergipano took the corner. Victor da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Sarmento having to interfere. 18 minutes into the game, Adalberto Vianna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Claudinho Moura. Adalberto Vianna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's zone, Dadá Torres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Sarmento came out of the goal and Dadá Torres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 30 played minutes AS Pikachuzim got a freekick which was hit by Gil Vale. In the 32nd minute Falcão Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charles Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Bittencourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Cristian Bittencourt scored 1-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles Sarmento, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Falcão Marques to strike the kick off in the second half. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Rondinone F.C - FDFDF from getting a goal against them. After 52 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Hermínio Maciel. After 56 minutes AS Pikachuzim's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rafinha Sergipano who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's corner Rafinha Sergipano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Claudinho Moura quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Gil dos Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudinho Moura was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. When Aílton Carneiro fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After a defensive mix-up in AS Pikachuzim's zone, Adalberto Vianna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinho Moura came out of the goal and Adalberto Vianna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AS Pikachuzim's Claudinho Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Marques in the 79th minute of play. Eliézer Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Dadá Torres charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dadá Torres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute, Dadá Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
