With an all-out effort, Atlético de Crisal's Gustavo Barral threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fiori Fontes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino Vale in the 97th minute of play forced Atlético de Crisal's goalkeeper Pedrão Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Adelino Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedrão Souto was relentless in the 98th minute of the game.
