In the 8th match minute, SinháCity FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fellipe dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. Geraldo Prado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Barral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Divina Comédia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Vale came free, but Bebeto Campidelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hélio Guerra kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Gustavo Barral stood somewhat misplaced when Luiz Fabiano Gøl came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 24 minute. After a rather tough play, Divina Comédia FC's Frank Rosado got a free kick in the 27th minute. Bebeto Campidelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino Vale in the 28th minute of play. Luiz Fabiano Gøl received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gustavo Barral came out and tried to block the shot, but Luiz Fabiano Gøl slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aloísio Chulapa in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Barral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 33 minutes, Adelino Vale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SinháCity FC and the Divina Comédia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adelino Vale hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in SinháCity FC's zone, Luiz Fabiano Gøl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Barral came out of the goal and Luiz Fabiano Gøl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Aloísio Chulapa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustavo Barral. The goal made the score 4-0. Gustavo Barral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aloísio Chulapa in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Giovanni Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luiz Fabiano Gøl to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Márcio de Sousa got free with Bebeto Campidelis in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. SinháCity FC's Gustavo Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico Varela in the 62nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adelino Vale got free with Bebeto Campidelis in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st match minute, SinháCity FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fellipe dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. Giovanni Rocha hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Bebeto Campidelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adelino Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Márcio de Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Bebeto Campidelis made a huge save. Aloísio Chulapa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fellipe dos Santos hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Gustavo Barral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aloísio Chulapa's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Divina Comédia FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
