In the 16th minute, Frank Mesquita fired a really elegant long shot, but Gustavo Barral threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Gustavo Barral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Franklin Araújo went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Márcio de Sousa's late challenge caught a Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Márcio de Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes SinháCity FC got a freekick which was hit by Márcio de Sousa. Maurinho Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gustavo Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Tales Maranhense pulled a muscle in his leg after 49 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 49 minutes, Denílson Valle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SinháCity FC and the Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Denílson Valle hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franklin Araújo in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Barral saved SinháCity FC from getting behind. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Nando Baptista scored to the left of an out of position Oséias Dionísio, making the score, 1-1. Oséias Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio de Sousa in the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of SinháCity FC booed when Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurinho Valadares didn't get a good kick on the ball.
