Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Sten in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedrão Souto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sten in the 78th minute of play forced Atlético de Crisal's goalkeeper Pedrão Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético de Crisal's zone, Mané Garrincha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrão Souto came out of the goal and Mané Garrincha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mané Garrincha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Giuliano David sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Waldemar Lucas hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Frank Sten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villaverde Celeste Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Villaverde Celeste Clube's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
