Valentin Bujor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valentin Bujor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 31 minutes, David Peralta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. D.P.Aarburg's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Peralta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind D.P.Aarburg's goalkeeper Valentin Bujor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Indiano made a great header on Chile's corner, it was just that D.P.Aarburg's Valentin Bujor managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 37th minute of play forced D.P.Aarburg's goalkeeper Valentin Bujor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Bujor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 43rd minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cosme Fulanito to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Mariano Lacasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentin Bujor came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Valentin Bujor made a huge save. With a little luck, D.P.Aarburg's Valentin Bujor got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chile's Felix Garrido quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Angélico Palma, made in the 64th minute of the game. Cosme Fulanito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 69 minutes into the match, Cosme Fulanito notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 72nd minute of the match, Mariano Lacasa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Valentin Bujor was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. D.P.Aarburg's Valentin Bujor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save D.P.Aarburg from getting a goal against them. Mariano Lacasa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Valentin Bujor firmly grabbed it by the left post. Chile were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after D.P.Aarburg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. Alan Tamayo made a great header on Chile's corner, it was just that D.P.Aarburg's Valentin Bujor managed to reach the ball for a save. Leal Castilho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thiago Pliego having to make a save. After 87 played minutes D.P.Aarburg got a freekick which was hit by Ilie Bucuță. In the 88th minute of the match Mariano Lacasa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valentin Bujor skillfully saved the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Leal Castilho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leal Castilho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valentin Bujor having to make a save. The D.P.Aarburg support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
