Gilberto Demario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Micarelli in the 10th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Gilberto Demario put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gregorio Tancoš struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PINGO PINGO. In the 22ndth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PINGO PINGO's Dionisio Raphael was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dionisio Raphael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Filip Josefsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 26 minutes of play, PINGO PINGO's Gilberto Demario made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after PINGO PINGO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. The corner led Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas to fire away a dangerous shot which Dionisio Raphael despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. PINGO PINGO's Dionisio Raphael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 34th minute of play. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Filip Josefsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Micarelli in the 40th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Alvaro Micarelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Alvaro Micarelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. PINGO PINGO's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Micarelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filip Josefsson to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Demario in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 53 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Josefsson came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 minutes, Patricio Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the PINGO PINGO players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Micarelli came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Micarelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filip Josefsson took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 68th match minute, PINGO PINGO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Claris to maneuver through the defense. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Dionisio Raphael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PINGO PINGO made a substitution. Desta Roy replaced Baldomiro Cordarrell. 75 minutes into the game, Alvaro Micarelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dionisio Raphael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Alvaro Micarelli took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. PINGO PINGO's Filip Josefsson got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Micarelli in the 95th minute of play. When Filip Josefsson came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the PINGO PINGO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Josefsson couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PINGO PINGO had played much better football throughout.
