Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Geovanildo Luis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 12 minutes of play, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Geovanildo Luis made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 14 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Sungurhan Kuter. After 17 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Gaucho. Haji Sarap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Joinville City - FSCMZ's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haji Sarap came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 31 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Gaucho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 33rd minute of play forced Joinville City - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Haji Sarap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Haji Sarap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Joinville City - FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. In the 40th minute of the match, Geovanildo Luis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rolando Noboa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Geovanildo Luis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. Luz Tejedor kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Alonso Berganza hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When Geovanildo Luis came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Joinville City - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovanildo Luis couldn't finish the play. Milagros Fraga's late challenge caught a Joinville City - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Milagros Fraga helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Milagros Fraga hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geovanildo Luis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovanildo Luis, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanildo Luis in the 60th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Marius Mititel was substituted for Ronaldinho Gaucho. Drew Zaelani made in the 63rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Marius Mititel however managed to control. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Horácio Abraão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Haji Sarap had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. 74 minutes into the game, Adhemar Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 78 minutes of play, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Horácio Abraão made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 88 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Joinville City - FSCMZ's Haji Sarap. Haji Sarap was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horácio Abraão went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adhemar Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95thth minute of the game Adhemar Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joinville City - FSCMZ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Peru for a fine match.
