Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Godofredo Marin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Godofredo Marin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the game, Cruz Credo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Cruz Credo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cruz Credo really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 22 minutes into the game, Maravilla's Cruz Credo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Cruz Credo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 30th minute. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Paulus Van Poucke came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Maravilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulus Van Poucke couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Cruz Credo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maravilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Cruz Credo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Cruz Credo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 5-0. Cruz Credo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Cruz Credo slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 40th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cruz Credo in the 42nd minute of play.

When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Cruz Credo sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 66th minute, Cruz Credo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 67 minutes, Alex Chicote mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Maravilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Maravilla booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Cruz Credo put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Paulus Van Poucke hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Facundo Altamirano in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cruz Credo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cruz Credo went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Godofredo Marin made in the 85th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nemanja Vidić however managed to control. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Cruz Credo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Vasco Gentil hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Maravilla were the better team. Maravilla's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
