Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nistor Sârban took the kick off in the first half of the match. Telis Lianos hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute, Nistor Sârban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nistor Sârban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Konstanty Wawro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 18th minute of play. Konstanty Wawro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nistor Sârban went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Konstanty Wawro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Konstanty Wawro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rega Merida CF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Eliseo Mina almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rega Merida CF's Konstanty Wawro did a great save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Peru booed when Rega Merida CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdulhamit Beycan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nistor Sârban scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 62 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Sârban came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rega Merida CF made a substitution. Cemal Palabıyık replaced Karol Swiderski. Rega Merida CF's Bartosz Loncki was substituted for Telis Lianos. Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when Yaroslav Svitlychnyi made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. After 71 minutes of play, Rega Merida CF's Konrad Knopek made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Konrad Knopek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Konstanty Wawro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Rega Merida CF's Konrad Knopek. But to his dismay, Konrad Knopek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Konstanty Wawro stood somewhat misplaced when Antonio Tenorio came free in front of goal and shot 4-2 to the left of him in the 89 minute. Peru's attentive Efraim Gilabert managed to snatch the ball when Yaroslav Svitlychnyi made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. 95 minutes into the game, Yaroslav Svitlychnyi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Alonso Berganza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Tenorio in the 96th minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Konstanty Wawro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rega Merida CF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Peru for a fine match.
