Husky's Tallia Incera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jago Urquijo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. Husky's goalkeeper Jago Urquijo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tallia Incera got free with Julio Vera in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute C.A. Husky were awarded a corner. Nabar Zafrilla went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on C.A. Husky's corner Nabar Zafrilla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tallia Incera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tallia Incera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 43 minutes into the game, Gonçalo Caires was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A. Husky's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Husky succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ecuador had controlled the match.
