Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Facundo Cadaval might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jago Urquijo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Facundo Cadaval ran back to his position shaking his head. 5 minutes into the match, Tallia Incera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tallia Incera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, C.A. Husky's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Jago Urquijo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kajar Indrekson in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Leonardo Leoz got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 25th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jago Urquijo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 35 minutes, Luca Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jago Urquijo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tallia Incera got free with Dante Lacasa in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tallia Incera was the one to do the kick off. When Nabar Zafrilla fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. Husky's protests and gave Nabar Zafrilla a yellow card for diving instead. In the 50th minute, Nabar Zafrilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jago Urquijo having to interfere. The corner ended in Luca Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C.A. Husky's Jago Urquijo did a great save. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Luca Zorita put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jago Urquijo. Jago Urquijo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 79th minute of the match. After 82 minutes C.A. Husky's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tallia Incera, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, C.A. Husky's Marcos Azofra got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 95thth minute of the game Nabar Zafrilla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Mexico players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
