Bermejo Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Feliberto Tauro in the 15th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Jastreb's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Kiewit came free, but Navarro Montoya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johan Kiewit got free with Navarro Montoya in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Nikola in the 70th minute of play forced Jastreb's goalkeeper Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leandro Munio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bo Cantona in the 75th minute. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jastreb's goalkeeper Navarro Montoya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Honorio Nikola made a precise shot to the right of Navarro Montoya. Jastreb's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Bermejo Club's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
