Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Zé Roberto Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stamen Tekeliev might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stamen Tekeliev ran back to his position shaking his head. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stamen Tekeliev's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After 24 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Constantijn De Hond. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Playa Malvín's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Peru's Alonso Berganza was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zé Roberto Teixeira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stamen Tekeliev in the 38th minute of the match. When Stamen Tekeliev came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Playa Malvín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stamen Tekeliev couldn't finish the play. In the 46th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Gayoso to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonso Berganza to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stamen Tekeliev was the one to do the kick off. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 58th minute of play. Zé Roberto Teixeira stood somewhat misplaced when Julian Murillo came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 58 minute. Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Playa Malvín from getting a goal against them. Constantijn De Hond's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Constantijn De Hond helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Constantijn De Hond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Playa Malvín's Niva Espellosa was substituted for Stamen Tekeliev. After 71 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Constantijn De Hond. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Moises Gayoso hit a great ball. In the 83rd match minute, Playa Malvín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gamus Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. In the 84th minute, Gamus Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niva Espellosa in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Playa Malvín were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vladimiro Marquez took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Vladimiro Marquez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niva Espellosa in the 91st minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niva Espellosa spun around in front of the goal 91 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Peru's goal. Niva Espellosa scored 1-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Peru players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Playa Malvín from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
