The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Münir Usbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When Luca Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luca Zorita couldn't finish the play. 25 minutes into the match, Duran Ersan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Hafız Sebukalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Hafız Sebukalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duran Ersan, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duran Ersan in the 35th minute of play. Münir Usbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 36th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duran Ersan in the 46th minute of the match. When Kostas Petriniotis fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ's protests and gave Kostas Petriniotis a yellow card for diving instead. Kostas Petriniotis hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Duran Ersan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Ciriaco Dimas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hafız Sebukalp in the 53rd minute of play. Alberto Tafalla came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Münir Usbay could save by the left post. Alberto Tafalla hit a great ball. ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ's Kadri Aksoy was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 67th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Münir Usbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Münir Usbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Münir Usbay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 70th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duran Ersan in the 72nd minute of play. After having played for 74 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ made a substitution. Nathan Murray replaced Hafız Sebukalp. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Gaona got free with Münir Usbay in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Gaona hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ got a freekick which was hit by Kadri Aksoy. In the 82nd minute, Luca Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 84 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ's Münir Usbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 88th minute of play. Sacit Sermet charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sacit Sermet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Alberto Tafalla hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Dimas in the 93rd minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Mexico players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
