Münir Usbay came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Duran Ersan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kostas Petriniotis took the corner. In the 34th minute, Cengiz Bumba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Indiano hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 40th match minute, ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sacit Sermet to maneuver through the defense. Duran Ersan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. The ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chile were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hafız Sebukalp to make the kick off. ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ's Nathan Murray was substituted for Duran Ersan. Münir Usbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Lacasa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Münir Usbay when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 64th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Münir Usbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hafız Sebukalp in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Casaus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute Hafız Sebukalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Hatemi Çapan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciriaco Dimas, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 85 minutes into the match, ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Münir Usbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Casaus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Münir Usbay made a huge save. Mariano Lacasa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Münir Usbay firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Tamayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Chile supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chile would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
