Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nechifor Cosoroabă took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Tomas Berganza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Avram Panaiteanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 6 minutes, Alex Cambeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Cambeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jose Carita made in the 8th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Miguel Miralles immediately put the ball in play. In the 12th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Avram Panaiteanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Avram Panaiteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Miralles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 minutes of play, Panama's Miguel Miralles made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Avram Panaiteanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute, Petru Marioteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Avram Panaiteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Batalionul U23 Dorobanti getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Nechifor Cosoroabă hit a great ball. In the 35th match minute, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionel Manolescu to maneuver through the defense. Avram Panaiteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play.

After a defensive mix-up in Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's zone, Isidoro Sarmiento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Avram Panaiteanu came out of the goal and Isidoro Sarmiento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Boro Doro got a free kick in the 64th minute. After 65 minutes, Lucian Baran made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Panama's Marcos Cotilla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Avram Panaiteanu made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Miguel Miralles sent off a good shot on target. Felipe Ros kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Avram Panaiteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Panciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. If Viorel Pârlog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Barrios to maneuver through the defense. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boro Doro in the 90th minute of play. Avram Panaiteanu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Berganza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 93 minute of play. Panama's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
