Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Pedro Baiano. Nelsinho Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Guará FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Salvador Gisbert almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Guará FC's Nelsinho Nascimento did a great save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 13 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Nelsinho Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 16th minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erlingur Haaland in the 24th minute of play. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Ronaldão Paulista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute Zé Pedro Baiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Zé Pedro Baiano sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Guará FC's Erlingur Haaland. But to his dismay, Erlingur Haaland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Lachezar Dzhevov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Ronaldão Paulista dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldão Paulista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nelsinho Nascimento was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Patricio Costa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Patricio Costa really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Guará FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordan Radojević didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guará FC's Nelsinho Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 62nd minute of play. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Tomas Illescas got free in front of the goal in the 77th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Nelsinho Nascimento was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldão Paulista in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Ronaldão Paulista notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Guará FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
