Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victorio Pabla took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pancracio Paniagua didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pascual Carballar went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pancracio Paniagua read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Victorio Pabla took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Victorio Pabla scored 2-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victorio Pabla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorio Pabla in the 23rd minute. Pancracio Paniagua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of POPULAR F.C booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Carballar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilson Cordeiro succeeded in the game's 27th minute to get real power on a long shot . Colombia's Pedro Manzanares hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 3-1! In the 30th minute Joshua Garrido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pancracio Paniagua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pancracio Paniagua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 38th minute of play forced POPULAR F.C's goalkeeper Pancracio Paniagua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victorio Pabla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Clarke Brooks made in the 51st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Váldson Tande immediately put the ball in play. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Pancracio Paniagua in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes into the match, POPULAR F.C's goalkeeper Pancracio Paniagua had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. POPULAR F.C's Mei Xun Jun was substituted for Stefaan Valkeneers. POPULAR F.C's Denílson Prado was substituted for Maicon de Godoi. POPULAR F.C's Sílvio Luís Pires was substituted for Gilson Cordeiro. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by POPULAR F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind POPULAR F.C's goalkeeper Pancracio Paniagua, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Axel Montenegro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pancracio Paniagua came out and tried to block the shot, but Axel Montenegro slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 79th minute. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Clarke Brooks in the 84 minute of the game. 85 minutes into the match, POPULAR F.C's Victorio Pabla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 91 minutes, Abram Secada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abram Secada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pancracio Paniagua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. POPULAR F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Colombia for a fine match.
