Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rigoberto Argider started the match with the kick off. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Argider, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Rigoberto Argider ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Martin Leheren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 17th minute of play forced Talleres de Escalada's goalkeeper Martin Leheren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Argider in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Ioan Pușcașu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Leheren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abram Sarmiento's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Leheren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Leheren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 26th minute of play. Colombia's Antonio Indiano quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jonny Saran, made in the 28th minute of the game. Santino Seco took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Leheren. Martin Leheren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Axel Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martin Leheren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 38th minute of the match. After 39 minutes of play, Colombia's Axel Montenegro made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Leheren was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the game, Nando Medeiros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talleres de Escalada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombia the free kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Rigoberto Argider made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Martin Leheren threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abram Sarmiento, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 59th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Indiano to maneuver through the defense. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Argider in the 61st minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Argider in the 64th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Argider in the 66th minute of the match. Gonzalo Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Argider notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Ignacio Mastache took a quick shot and it went in 4-3 without a chance for Martin Leheren to make any attempt to save it. Martin Leheren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kevin Mastache in the 77th minute. Martin Leheren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 78th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ignacio Mastache kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Martin Leheren. That made the score 4-4 in the 78 minute of play. Rigoberto Argider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Leheren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 87th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Indiano to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the game, Talleres de Escalada's Rigoberto Argider nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-4. 92 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Franco came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacio Mastache charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ignacio Mastache the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ignacio Mastache kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Talleres de Escalada's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
