Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Cazorla, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Rogelio Farias dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thiago Pliego, 1-0. In the 12th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Tamayo to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Casimír Ambrosetti came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Agustín Antonucci quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Felix Garrido, made in the 21st minute of the game. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Tom Wall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rogelio Farias got free with Thiago Pliego in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Rogelio Farias sent off a good shot on target. Tom Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Mariano Lacasa put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tom Wall. Orlando Casaus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Wall having to interfere. 98 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Hellström came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ☠QUINTERO☠'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
