Lucjan Gierlach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. The throw-in from Przemyslaw Zahemski in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Milagros Cabal. A throw-in in the 27th minute of the game was made by Przemyslaw Zahemski with Jacek Witek as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucjan Gierlach was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After having played for 66 minutes, Aureliusz Mietus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galaxy Team U18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliusz Mietus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Lucjan Gierlach managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
