Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) PGE FC's Bartolo Leoiar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Francisco Onbera hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Claudiu Bădescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remus Marchiș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Odon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remus Marchiș stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gil Godoi's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After some careless play in the minerul -MM- defense, Bartolo Leoiar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remus Marchiș. The minerul -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remus Marchiș should have stopped the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Gil Godoi notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș. Remus Marchiș was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 29 minutes into the match, minerul -MM-'s Cristi Eftimescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Merexildo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 31 minutes PGE FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emanuel Petrică who took care of the corner kick. 33 minutes into the match, minerul -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Gil Godoi came free, but Remus Marchiș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, PGE FC's Eriberto Charro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remus Marchiș made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Odon in the 41st minute of play. PGE FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bartolo Leoiar in the 42nd minute. Bartolo Leoiar's late challenge caught a minerul -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartolo Leoiar helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes PGE FC got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Leoiar. If Cristi Eftimescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

51 minutes into the match, Viorel Zgîrţa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Merexildo. PGE FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viorel Zgîrţa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 56th minute, Mauro Odon made a precise shot to the right of Remus Marchiș. minerul -MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Leoiar in the 59th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, PGE FC's Gil Godoi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Rolando Merexildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viorel Zgîrţa in the 65th minute of the match. After having played for 68 minutes, Cristi Eftimescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. minerul -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristi Eftimescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mauro Odon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Remus Marchiș made a huge save. After 76 minutes of play, minerul -MM-'s Cristi Eftimescu made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Merexildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Viorel Zgîrţa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Mauro Odon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remus Marchiș was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. A hard shot 90 in the game by Eriberto Charro from a close distance when the talented Remus Marchiș managed to make a qualified save. minerul -MM-'s players were relieved. Cristi Eftimescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Merexildo having to interfere. minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Godoi in the 95th minute of play.
