Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) General Tanz II's Basilio Abancens started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Basilio Abancens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remus Marchiș having to interfere. In the 5thth minute of the game Basilio Abancens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, General Tanz II's Hermengildo Tipi got control of the ball when Viorel Zgîrţa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Benigno Tonete cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Remus Marchiș was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11th minute, Claudiu Bădescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Basilio Abancens in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Remus Marchiș saved minerul -MM- from getting behind. General Tanz II's Hermengildo Tipi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudiu Bădescu in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by minerul -MM-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benicio Tavio was slow to take the kick. During this time General Tanz II's players had a chance to rest. The corner led General Tanz II's Benicio Tavio to fire away a dangerous shot which Remus Marchiș despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Jacob in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, minerul -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ion Aanicăi to maneuver through the defense. Emiliano Jacob blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remus Marchiș having to make a save. Remus Marchiș didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basilio Abancens went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Abancens in the 42nd minute of play. Hermengildo Tipi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viorel Zgîrţa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Abancens in the 46th minute of play forced minerul -MM-'s goalkeeper Remus Marchiș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viorel Zgîrţa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Remus Marchiș came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by General Tanz II's Emiliano Jacob. But to his dismay, Emiliano Jacob quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. With a little luck, minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș got control of the ball when Bartolo Mantzio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Javier Saturnin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Remus Marchiș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of General Tanz II booed when minerul -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudiu Bădescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes in the game, Bartolo Mantzio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Remus Marchiș having to interfere. When Valer Hăulică fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored minerul -MM-'s protests and gave Valer Hăulică a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Valer Hăulică hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remus Marchiș made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartolo Mantzio in the 64th minute. The corner led to General Tanz II's Emiliano Jacob getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Hermengildo Tipi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viorel Zgîrţa in the 73rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basilio Abancens in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remus Marchiș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save minerul -MM- from getting a goal against them. Cristi Eftimescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Remus Marchiș managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when General Tanz II's Basilio Abancens fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 85 minutes into the game, Emiliano Jacob cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Remus Marchiș was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Abancens in the 87th minute of play. Remus Marchiș made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartolo Mantzio in the 93rd minute. Basilio Abancens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Remus Marchiș made a huge save. When the match was over General Tanz II could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than minerul -MM- throughout the match.
