The PGE FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. General Tanz II were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basilio Abancens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute General Tanz II were awarded a corner. Benicio Tavio went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led General Tanz II's Benigno Tonete to fire away a dangerous shot which Rolando Merexildo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Odon in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermengildo Tipi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bartolo Leoiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benicio Tavio hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. General Tanz II's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
