In the 27th minute Cipriano Pasqual shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Marchiș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes minerul -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Raul Heriberto who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Jacinto Asteri almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș did a great save. 31 minutes into the game, Lee-Paul Ramon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CAI NEUQUEN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave minerul -MM- the free kick.
