Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Che in the 33rd minute of play. When Severino Che got free in front of the goal in the 34th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Remus Marchiș was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Sandu Brânzaru's late challenge caught a Cacomixtles de Queretaro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandu Brânzaru helped the player get up and apologised. Sandu Brânzaru kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match.
