The Villa Gordiani fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Attilio Verdone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Pascual Berdaitz made a huge save. Villa Gordiani's Dennis Stumpo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pascual Berdaitz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Santo Maura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Del Vecchio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. After 71 played minutes River Ctes got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Chucho. Ciro Del Vecchio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Rico, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Alfredo Silban took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ciro Del Vecchio. Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
