The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 9 played minutes BAIRES got a freekick which was hit by Diego Sein. 11 minutes into the match, BAIRES's goal looked a bit too open when Albertinho Berger came free, but Leo Gaskon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The BAIRES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leo Gaskon should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute, Albertinho Berger sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and BAIRES's Leo Gaskon didn't even have to move. With a couple of smart ball manuevers McDonald Hamburger in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Gaskon saved BAIRES from getting behind. Albertinho Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leo Gaskon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of McDonald Hamburger's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Braulio Olo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by McDonald Hamburger in the 29th minute of play forced BAIRES's goalkeeper Leo Gaskon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. União dos 7 FC's Fábio Tande got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Luís Gustavo Monteiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leo Gaskon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 45 minutes into the match, BAIRES's goal looked a bit too open when McDonald Hamburger came free, but Leo Gaskon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Leo Gaskon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from McDonald Hamburger went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Bernardo Lizbeth charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Lizbeth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of União dos 7 FC booed when BAIRES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Mitxaut didn't get a good kick on the ball.
