União dos 7 FC's Anísio Aparecido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Álvaro Travassos in the 56th minute of play. Anísio Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlindo Luz in the 60th minute of play. Alfredo Borges could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but José Vítor Ramos made a huge save. José Vítor Ramos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vágner de Queiroz in the 68th minute. Cristiano Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anísio Aparecido having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
