Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gil Valerón made the kick off which started today's match. Anísio Aparecido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Macieira in the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in União dos 7 FC's zone, Joaquim Macieira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anísio Aparecido came out of the goal and Joaquim Macieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute, Alfonso Frisco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Álvaro Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gildo Silva in the 8th minute of play. Álvaro Moura came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by União dos 7 FC's Gil Valerón. But to his dismay, Gil Valerón quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of União dos 7 FC booed when TAVIRA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delfim Cesário didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfonso Frisco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Anísio Aparecido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the TAVIRA FC defense, Gil Valerón kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Álvaro Moura. The TAVIRA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Álvaro Moura should have stopped the shot. Alfredo Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Álvaro Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Gil Valerón left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The União dos 7 FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Álvaro Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vágner de Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes of play, União dos 7 FC's Alfredo Borges made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Álvaro Moura was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Álvaro Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gildo Silva in the 54th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gildo Silva got free with Álvaro Moura in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Álvaro Moura was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vágner de Queiroz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 58 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Macieira in the 63rd minute of play forced União dos 7 FC's goalkeeper Anísio Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gildo Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfredo Borges's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Álvaro Moura firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 69th minute Gildo Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belmiro Hoffmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Álvaro Moura made a huge save. Álvaro Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vágner de Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Naci Cabezon hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. A collision led to TAVIRA FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Basílio Machado hit a great ball. The supporters of União dos 7 FC booed when TAVIRA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antero Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antero Cardoso kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Gildo Silva, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alfonso Frisco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anísio Aparecido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. After taking down the ball on TAVIRA FC's corner Delfim Cesário fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anísio Aparecido quite easily take care of the ball. Anísio Aparecido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Macieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TAVIRA FC's Álvaro Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vágner de Queiroz in the 87th minute of play. Belmiro Hoffmann's late challenge caught a TAVIRA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Belmiro Hoffmann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th minute, Belmiro Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredo Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Moura having to interfere. When Joaquim Macieira came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the TAVIRA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquim Macieira couldn't finish the play. União dos 7 FC played a much better game than TAVIRA FC and deserved their victory. The TAVIRA FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
