Natã de Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Rolando Merexildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Virgilio Gauargi got free with Alex Madonna in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Natã de Salles might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Merexildo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Natã de Salles ran back to his position shaking his head. PGE FC's Rolando Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natã de Salles in the 9th minute of play. Alex Madonna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Odon in the 11th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Villa Gordiani got a freekick which was hit by Diego Coccolone. After having played for 14 minutes, Virgilio Gauargi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PGE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgilio Gauargi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Mauro Odon put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alex Madonna. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villa Gordiani's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gil Godoi was slow to take the kick. During this time PGE FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on PGE FC's corner Gara Dryburgh fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alex Madonna quite easily take care of the ball. Carter Di Rocco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Merexildo having to make a save. A collision led to PGE FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Paolo Guib hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the game, Virgilio Gauargi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alex Madonna. Virgilio Gauargi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Godoi in the 31st minute of play forced Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Alex Madonna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Gil Godoi notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Villa Gordiani's Alex Madonna. Alex Madonna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Linus Blomqvist hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Alex Madonna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil Godoi. 46 minutes into the match, Mauro Odon notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Villa Gordiani's Alex Madonna. Mauro Odon scored 5-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Madonna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of PGE FC booed when Villa Gordiani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philippe Albert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Villa Gordiani's Alex Madonna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Gauargi in the 65th minute of play. After 66 minutes, Dennis Stumpo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villa Gordiani and the PGE FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bartolo Leoiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 69 played minutes Villa Gordiani got a freekick which was hit by Fedele Colombi. If Natã de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Natã de Salles received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rolando Merexildo came out and tried to block the shot, but Natã de Salles slotted it home off the left post making it 6-1 in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Gauargi in the 91st minute of play forced Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Alex Madonna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Gil Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Madonna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, PGE FC's Mauro Odon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alex Madonna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. PGE FC fully deserved thier win.
